With a diverse career spanning four decades, Pinny Chaviv has showcased remarkable leadership and management prowess in technology companies. His professional journey is highlighted by the following notable achievements:

Between 1985 and 2004, Pinny served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Broadband Access Division at ECI Telecom (NASDAQ: ECIL), which was subsequently acquired by RBBN. During this tenure, his visionary leadership significantly contributed to the company’s growth and accomplishments.

 From 2000 to 2003, Pinny Chaviv held the esteemed position of CEO at Inovia Telecom, successfully leading a turnaround and guiding the company to achieve an impressive annual revenue exceeding $300 million.

During 2004 to 2006, Pinny assumed the role of Partner at Star Ventures, where he supervised an assets under management (AUM) portfolio valued at $1 billion.

Between 2007 and 2011, Pinny co-founded and served as CEO of bTendo, a company later acquired by NYSE: STM. His exceptional leadership and strategic acumen were instrumental in leading the company through the 2008 economic crisis and driving the sale to with STM. 

From 2012 to 2014, Pinny contributed as a marketing and technology consultant for analog semiconductor companies. Additionally, he co-founded and held the position of CEO at Fullogic, a dynamic memory company specializing in nano-materials based memory cells.

During the period of 2015 to 2018, Pinny assumed ownership of Aperto, a fintech/trading venture, where he demonstrated his entrepreneurial skills and business acumen.

From 2019 to 2021, Pinny served as an active Chairman at Exaware, an IP disaggregation company, leveraging his expertise and experience. He has been a valued member of the board since March 2021.

Since 2020, Pinny Chaviv has co-founded and served as the CEO of Ikko, a distinguished innovative medical imaging company, further showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership abilities.

Pinny Chaviv’s educational background includes a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Technion/Haifa, completed between 1977 and 1980. Furthermore, he pursued an a full-time MBA at Harvard Business School/Boston between 1993 and 1995, graduating between 1993 and in 1995.
